We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.
2. Prohibited Storage Items
For safety and compliance, the following items are strictly prohibited in all units:
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Explosives or weapons
- Perishable food items
- Live animals
- Illegal goods or substances
- Anything that emits odor or could cause property damage
We may remove or report prohibited items at our discretion.
3. Payment Terms
You agree to:
- Pay all rental fees on time
- Keep your payment method up to date
- Cover any late fees, penalties, or charges associated with missed or declined payments
Failure to pay may result in:
- Loss of access to your unit
- Additional fees
- Lien or auction procedures as permitted by law
All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
4. Access & Gate Hours
Access to your storage unit is permitted only during posted hours. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, safety, or security reasons.
You are responsible for securing your unit with an appropriate lock.
5. Liability & Insurance
Anchor and Park Storage is not responsible for:
- Theft
- Fire
- Flood
- Weather events
- Rodent or pest damage
- Any loss or damage to your stored items
We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for the belongings you store with us.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain your unit in clean and safe condition
- Not damage any facility property
- Promptly report safety or maintenance issues
- Follow all posted and communicated rules
Any damage caused to the facility may result in charges.
7. Termination of Agreement
We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement if:
- Payments are not made
- Prohibited items are stored
- Facility rules or safety protocols are violated
Upon termination, you must remove your belongings by the specified date.
8. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Disrupt site functionality
- Use our content without permission
We may update site features at any time.
9. Changes to Terms
Anchor and Park may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
